This piece features letters from the old Sahara Hotel and Casino, which originally opened in 1952. Although it closed in 2011, the property was renovated and reopened in 2014 as SLS Las Vegas, and in 2019 it was rebranded again as Sahara Las Vegas. A slat of sky peeks through the composition, offering a contrast with the bold letters. On the right side, “Information” lies alongside a riveted foreground, adding a textured, industrial element to the scene.
